It can come up at any time of your life, but it tends to increase significantly during pregnancy and postpartum and can become so intense, that it completely stops you in your tracks. It could prevent you from leaving the house, getting out of bed or even prevent you from connecting to your baby. For mama Chiara Townley, anxiety had always been present to some extent, but once she got pregnant it got worse and in postpartum, she experienced a panic attack. That was the final straw that forced her to look inwards and heal through the Chakras.

The body has a Chakra System that is made up of 7 Energies:
The Root Chakra
The Sacral Chakra
The Solar Plexus Chakra

The Throat Chakra
The Third Eye Chakra
The Crown Chakra
The first 3 deal with feelings of safety and security, connecting to your past and unprocessed emotions and your personal power or ego. These are the three main chakras that are commonly affected during one's journey into motherhood and Chiara teaches us how she healed herself by connecting to them and finding the root of her anxiety. After healing, she made it her mission to help moms to be and new moms do the exact same.
